Tracey Cartee

Regional Director, Nashville

Tracey joined OpenWorks team in 2018. His responsibilities include evaluating regional needs to ensure the growth and development of the Tennesse region and its employees by working strategically to maximize revenue and market share as well as building, developing and maintaining new businesses and franchise partnerships.

Prior to OpenWorks Tracey worked as the District Manager at Oasis Outsourcing for two years where he lead a team of Professional Employee Consultants who worked with businesses to reduce cost and increase efficiency. From 2003-2014 Tracey worked as the Human Resources District Sales Manager at Paychex where he was responsible for hiring highly talented sales leaders to represent the product offering for the Paychex Human Resource sales division. Tracey assisted sales team to overachieve prospecting, presenting and selling in a quota driven environment. He compiled and monitored daily, monthly and annual reports with sales and expense statistics. He implemented training and guiding sales team towards skills and knowledge advancement.

Tracey has his Bachelor of Science in Administrative Recreation from Mars Hill University.
