Since 1983, Eric has been forming the company’s strategies and bringing about change in the organization necessary for it to maintain its competitive advantage and leadership in the industry. He focuses on organizational excellence and development of the OpenWorks team members.
Eric is a graduate of Tufts University in Massachusetts as well as the Harvard Business School’s OPM program. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization Executive Committee and founder of their International Franchising Network. Eric is a trustee of All Saints Episcopal Day School and supporter of initiatives in Phoenix that provide resources to local and national charities such as, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and American Heart Association.
Eric is a member of BOMA, IFMA, ISSA, BSCAI as well as involvement with entrepreneurial programs and supporting the next generation of management leaders.

She also served as Director of New Product and Service Development for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Caracciolo is improving OpenWorks’ internal operations to better serve customers, while also developing operational and people strategies to support meaningful, sustainable and profitable growth. Additionally, she is putting systems into place that enable franchise owners to deliver even more efficient and effective service.

A member of the OpenWorks team since December of 2018, Bryan leads and directs the company’s finance, accounting, administration and purchasing activities as its Chief Financial Officer. He plays a key role in business operations and joined the company with a mandate to improve financial and accounting systems, the financial planning process, and to focus the company on gaining greater efficiencies.
Prior to joining OpenWorks, Bryan was Chief Financial Officer of consumer products, manufacturing and distribution companies. He also led finance and accounting activities for a Fortune 200 corporation’s supply chain and logistics function. Bryan spent thirteen years in banking executing mergers and acquisitions, managing corporate relationships, growing business operations and improving internal business processes.
Bryan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Indiana University where he was an Evans Scholar and is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
Ryan joins OpenWorks from United Site Services where he served as Senior Director and Vice President of Sales, South Region. Previously he served as as Associate Vice President of Strategic Sales at Aramark

Previously he served as as Associate Vice President of Strategic Sales at Aramark, and as Senior Manager/Areas Sales Manager for Republic Services. His career began at Cintas where he worked in various capacities in service, operations and sales. Ryan served our nation in the United States Marine Corps for over 16 years of active and reserve service including combat tours in Iraq. Ryan holds a BS in Business Psychology from Eastern Oregon University.
Edward joined OpenWorks in 2020, bringing nearly 30 years of facilities management and executive management experience to his role with the company.

Edward Pim manages operational delivery and experience, across the United States at over 5,000 locations. He oversees delivery of safe, secure, consistent quality services for all our clients. Our services are delivered by a highly engaged and focused service team of Franchisees and Subcontractors with quality being directly overseen by the OpenWorks team.
Previously, Pim served as President and COO for United Service Companies in Chicago where he was responsible for corporate direction and strategy, facilitating company activity in operations, sales, marketing, and support where his focus on customers, innovation, improved operational efficiency, and execution led to significant company growth and margin improvement. Prior to that he spent 15 years at ISS A/S where he held a variety of management, operations, sales, and marketing roles, ultimately serving as the company’s executive vice president and leading a successful effort to streamline operations, strengthen the service line, and drive growth for the North American business.
Before entering the world of facilities maintenance, Pim worked in the commercial aviation segment. He held a number of positions including operational aircraft maintenance, terminal operations and inflight service management.
Anthony joined OpenWorks in January 2011, and brings over 15 years of management experience, garnered in a variety of industries
Anthony joined OpenWorks in January 2011, and brings over 15 years of management experience, garnered in a variety of industries in the disciplines of Information Technology, Customer Service, Asset Management and Project Management. He currently oversees the development of strategy and operations for OpenWorks’s largest customers, as well as managing our diverse facilities services Preferred Partner Network. In 2017, Anthony earned the prestigious Certified Franchise Executive distinction, a franchise industry designation demonstrating Anthony’s in-depth knowledge of franchising.
Prior to coming to OpenWorks, Anthony managed the operations of a large Information Technology service team for an international medical manufacturing corporation, providing 24/7 support in 6 countries, as well as acting as the IT Project Manager for major business initiatives. He has designed and implemented many corporate training courses, as well as managed multiple large scale projects.
In addition to his professional experience, Anthony was honorably discharged after serving six years in the United States Marine Corps at the rank of Sergeant.
Anthony holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Management Information Systems and Business Management, Certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Victoria joined the OpenWorks team as the Regional Director of Austin in 2016 and has since been promoted to Vice President of National Development. Her

Her responsibilities include overseeing the Franchise sales, onboarding and development team. Victoria also drives our Inside Sales Department, alongside the growth and development of the sales and operations team in order to maximize revenue and market share.
Prior to OpenWorks, Victoria held positions at Belzona and Valen Enterprises, Inc. She holds a BA from Texas A&M.

His responsibilities include evaluating regional needs to ensure the growth and development of the Illinois region and its employees by working strategically to maximize revenue and market share as well as building, developing and maintaining new businesses and franchise partnerships.

Prior to OpenWorks, Zach worked for Carolina Office Systems as Sales Manager and also held positions at Staples and Wells Fargo. He holds a degree in Communications from Pfeiffer University.

His responsibilities include evaluating regional needs to ensure the growth and development of the Pennsylvania region and its employees by working strategically to maximize revenue and market share as well as building, developing and maintaining new businesses and franchise partnerships.
Prior to OpenWorks Brian worked as the Area Sales Manager at PrimePay for three years where he oversaw the handling of payroll and related business services in all 50 states. Brian worked for Sprint for a total of 13 years spending 12 years as an Enterprise Sales Manager where he Managed Enterprise Sales Team of Regional Account Managers who sold and supported National Accounts. Brian was promoted to General Business Sales Manager in 2013 where he managed a General Business Sales Team.
Brian received his Bachelor of Economics and Business from Ursinus College and his Master of Business Management from University of Phoenix.

Prior to coming to OpenWorks, Jo Ann served as the Regional Director for Coverall North America in Orange County, California from February 1999 to August 2013.

Sherrie joined the OpenWorks team in 2009 as the Inside Sales Manager. She has since been promoted to Franchise Specialist. Sherrie is responsible for coaching and managing the Inside Sales team, training new hires on the CRM system, pre-qualifying potential franchise candidates and working with the marketing team to manage marketing campaigns to increase franchise sales. She has worked to streamline the data entry process for both Inside Sales and Franchise calls which improved productivity by 40% monthly.
Prior to joining OpenWorks Sherrie spent years in Supervisor and Management roles with companies including DHL Express, Qwest Communications and SBC Communications.
