    OpenWorks Expands Client Services Team for Customer Support

    Integrated Facility Services Franchise Ensures Greater Customer Satisfaction

    Phoenix, AZ (December 10, 2015) OpenWorks, one of America’s leading integrated facility services franchises, has recently expanded its Client Services team to offer additional support and service to its customers. The increase in team members within Client Services was made to provide increased interaction and accountability between OpenWorks and the customers they serve.

    The Client Services team is based out of the OpenWorks’ corporate office in Phoenix and will assist customers in each of their seven markets throughout the country. Team members will proactively contact customers on a periodic basis to review their account and service levels, receive feedback and ensure OpenWorks is delivering optimal client satisfaction.

    Client Service members will be available to customers on a 24-hour basis to handle any concerns that may arise or orders that need to be submitted. Client Service members will contact a District Manager in that area to immediately visit the client to address their needs. OpenWorks customers are also able to place supply orders and additional one-time service requests through the Client Services team.

    OpenWorks has provided customized cleaning solutions for a wide range of facilities and offices for more than 30 years. OpenWorks has used an environmentally “clean green” program to provide businesses with a clean, safe work environment. Earlier this year they added additional services such as landscaping, electrical and plumbing to help meet the extensive needs of each facility they serve.

    OpenWorks Founder and CEO Eric Roudi said the expansion of the Client Services team shows the company’s commitment to serving all of the needs of their customers.
