Program Offers Comprehensive Education and First-Hand Sales Training
Phoenix, AZ (November 30, 2015) – OpenWorks, one of America’s leading integrated facility services franchises, recently launched an Account Executive Trainee program for prospective employees to prepare them for an Account Executive position within the growing company.
The two-phase program provides a thorough and interactive sales training education on the role of an Account Executive with OpenWorks. These positions are responsible for promoting the company’s services, building relationships with prospective clients, and developing new business that is aligned with the company’s sales objectives and business strategies. The program is primarily tailored for recent college graduates.
The training offers a combination of classroom and on-the-job instruction to educate trainees on OpenWorks products and services. It also provides instruction on selling strategies and building relationships with new and existing customers. The program also gives trainees a set of goals based on prospecting and appointment setting.
Trainees participate on-the-job training with role-playing and real life business situations. They receive support and one-on-one coaching sessions with OpenWorks’ Regional Directors. They also receive guidance and mentorship from experienced Account Executive as they learn all of the necessary qualities to succeed in the position.
OpenWorks has provided customized cleaning solutions for a wide range of facilities and offices for more than 30 years. OpenWorks has used an environmentally “clean green” program to provide businesses with a clean, safe work environment. Earlier this year they added additional services such as landscaping, electrical and plumbing to help meet the extensive needs of each facility they serve.
OpenWorks Founder and CEO Eric Roudi said the Account Executive Trainee program is another example of the company’s commitment to developing the best and most highly-trained employees.

Earlier this year, Haley Diaz became the first graduate of the trainee program, and in October was promoted to a Regional Account Executive position in the OpenWorks corporate office in Phoenix. Diaz was looking for the right opportunity after graduating college and was attracted being able to learn the necessary education and training while earning salary and commission as part of the program.
“OpenWorks Account Executive Trainee program prepared me for every aspect I needed to know about my current position,” said Diaz. “I learned about the company, its culture, and how to generate leads and establish relationships with clients. I was given first-hand knowledge of how to be successful in this position, and the program proved to be a great experience for me.”
