We make no secret here at OpenWorks that we like to provide our employees with quarterly incentives, both because they, well, incentivize, but also because it contributes to our goal of creating a fun and thriving workplace culture where our team feels valued.
This quarter saw our National Sales Manager, Jayson, produce his own sales contest our sales team. Employees split up into teams and went head-to-head with each other, competing for the chance to go on a 3-day, 2-night trip to a special location. As a bonus, the winning team got to choose their destination and were able to bring plus one’s. Needless to say, the contest provided our sales team with a healthy dose of competition and camaraderie!
The rules? The winners would be the team with the highest average percentage to quota for the quarter, with any qualifying submissions having started during Q2.
