Q&A with National Sales Manager, Jayson Lewandowski

Jayson Lewandowski has been an important part of OpenWorks’ growth for the past 4 years, having worked his way up from Account Executive to National Sales Manager, now excelling at mentoring and training other sales executives. Jayson talks us through his experience at OpenWorks, and why he considers them an employer of choice.

Q: What is your position at OpenWorks and how long have you been with the company? 

A: National Sales Manager, 4 years.

Q: What are your job responsibilities, or what does a typical day look like for you at your job?  

A: My typical day involves reviewing bids and proposals for our account executives across the country, conducting new hire training monthly, working my own personal sales funnel, travelling to our regions to be train and be in the field, and just helping wherever I can be of help.

Q: What led you to working for OpenWorks?

A: I was referred in to OpenWorks from someone who I had worked with previously at another company.

Q: What do you love about your job? 

A: My favorite part of my job is being able to interact with and help account executives achieve their sales goals. I have been able to create some very strong relationships with our sales team.

Q: What do you love about working for OpenWorks? 

A: OpenWorks has allowed me to expand my sales skills and given me the opportunity to coach and train others.

Q: What makes OpenWorks the employer of choice?  

A: OpenWorks has a lot of good people working here.

Q: Is there anything coming up that you’re excited about in your job or for OpenWorks in general? 

A: I’m really excited about our leadership development program and seeing Senior Account Executives move up in their careers and become leaders in our organization.
