Our OpenWorks Franchisee, Speedy, always communicates via email prior to supplies running out that he needs more, we have never gone without our necessary supplies. OpenWorks has great communication with me concerning our holiday hours to ensure their job is completed if we are closed for a holiday. OpenWorks provides Corporate oversight; Our OpenWorks District Manager, Thomas, provides great communication. We meet on a regular basis for him to review the work being done at our facility.
