Eric Roudi

A passionate entrepreneur at heart, Eric founded OpenWorks in 1983 as a recession-proof business for himself, franchise owners, partners, and employees. Today, he successfully leads all aspects of the organization. His strategic leadership landed OpenWorks on the Inc 5000 and a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur award.  Eric has been an active member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) since 2001 and CEO since 2011. He holds a BA in Economics and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University. In addition, he is a graduate of the OPM program at Harvard Business School.
